Do your products have warranty?
Yes. FIRheat therapy wraps are covered with one year limited warranty for the low voltage plug-in series and six months for the rechargeable power pack. All items must be registered online to be eligible for our warranty service.
Our Customer Service Representatives will gladly assist you in troubleshooting issues with your heat therapy item/s. If the Customer Service representative cannot resolve the issue over the phone, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so you can send the item for repair.
