I just recently moved to a new apartment when I accidentally fell down the stairs while moving boxes. I couldn’t get up from the fall because my right knee hurt so badly. Luckily, there were no serious injuries but my knee cap is badly bruised. To cope with the pain, the therapist told me to use FIRheat so I can go under a session of heat therapy at home. If you’re into basketball like me, knee pain is something common. I had a pretty bad fall during one of the games and my knee has been killing me since then.
