Returning an Item
A customer has 30 days from the date of shipment to return or exchange an item. After this period, all sales are final and all items are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
To Qualify for a Return
Returned items must be in new, unused and sellable condition in the original manufacturer’s packaging. It should include all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
FIRheat is not obliged to accept returned items in soiled and damaged condition with missing parts.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping costs. Items returned but not in compliance with this return policy may be returned to you at your expense.
In some special cases a RMA may be issued on an item that does not fully meet the return policy criteria. In this event we reserve the right to issue a partial refund to cover administrative costs associated with that return.
Basic Steps to Return an Item
- Contact FIRheat customer service and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email or phone. Return shipments without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Our Customer Service Department will send you an email containing the RMA form and detailed return instructions. Print this form and include it in the package with a note briefly stating the problem, your contact information and return address (no P.O. boxes).
- Include a copy of your Sales Receipt (proof of warranty).
- Mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Once we receive it, the returned item(s) will be inspected and a FIRheat Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you through email or phone.
- FIRheat reserves the right to repair or replace and/or refund the cost of the item(s) covered by the One Year Limited Warranty and Return Policy at our discretion. Please allow up to 4 weeks for completion.
- If the item is no longer covered by the warranty or the damage is caused by user error, our Customer Service Representative will contact you regarding the cost of repair or upgrade.
