Our Technology

Our heating systems recreate the sun’s Far Infrared Rays to deliver therapeutic heat to body regions affected by musculoskeletal pain and discomfort. Independent testing by Science Tech, Canada shows that our products provide a maximum peak of 9,258 nanometers, well above the 3,000 nanometer bottom range yet still within the recommended range of safe far infrared rays on humans.

 

Earlier technologies in infrared heating use heat lamps for thermal treatments. Our wraps use infrared ray emitting carbon fiber heating elements that send heat straight to the source of ailment without exposing the patient to potentially harmful light to the eyes emitted by lamps. Carbon fiber is coil-less and distributes heat evenly, therefore no hot spots. The heating elements are wrapped in neoprene material to eliminate the possibility of skin burns, a potential risk among other alternatives of heat therapy products.

Each wrap has a thermostat with 4 temperature settings. Changes in heat settings adjust the temperature quickly for comfort. There is a built-in automatic 30-minute shut off to control the time of exposure of the patient. All our wraps operate on low voltage to ensure safe and efficient delivery of relief.
