Rotator Cuff Tendinitis is characterized by discomfort when the arm is brought over the head and severe pain when the arm is brought across the chest. This is caused by the inflammation of the tendon in the shoulder area. Due to this, mild swelling may be present. Tendinitis is usually temporary and recovery is possible with correct therapy.
